Frequently asked questions
Is it really free? ▼
Yes. Signing up, inviting members and using every feature costs nothing. A league of up to 25 players never pays Racket365 anything.
When does the 1% service fee apply? ▼
On registrations in leagues that allow more than 25 players, including leagues with no player limit. It's 1% of the registration fee, so a $100 entry has a $1.00 fee and a free league has none. Whether a league has the fee is fixed when you publish it.
Who pays the service fee? ▼
Your club does. Players pay exactly the price you set, nothing added, whether they pay by card or directly. On a card payment the fee comes out of the payment before it reaches your Stripe account. When a player pays your club directly (cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal), Racket365 charges your club's card for those fees together, when the league's schedule is generated and then weekly. Never per player.
Do I need to add a card? ▼
Only to publish a league of more than 25 players that lets players pay you directly. Card-only leagues, free leagues and leagues capped at 25 never need one.
What about Stripe's fees? ▼
Card payments go to your club's own Stripe account. Stripe's processing fee is Stripe's, and it comes out of your payout. Racket365 never holds your club's money.
Can I use Racket365 for multiple sports? ▼
Yes. Racket365 supports lawn tennis, table tennis, pickleball and badminton, and you can run leagues for different sports in the same club.
